Sulam for Strategic Planners
When was the last time your congregation took the time to dream about its future?
Sulam for Strategic Planners (SSP) guides highly motivated leaders through the key steps of strategic planning over the course of 12-15 months. The program will allow your synagogue to:
- Gather data about internal operations
- Assess the wants and needs of your community
- Create mission and vision statements
- Develop strategies that best balance your goals and capacity
- Produce a final report and recommendations for presentation to your Board of Directors
USCJ’s strategic planning consultants work with your team to get the participation you need from your congregation’s lay leaders, staff, and members in order to best implement the recommendations you create.
The SSP process begins with a conversation with one of our consultants. Upon acceptance to the program, you will be assigned a consultant who will serve as your guide, coach and facilitator, joining you either virtually or on-site, three to four times over the course of the program, helping you navigate from start to finish.
