Michelle Rich is the Director of Immersive Experiences for USY, sending hundreds of USYers on summer programs each year. Previously, Michelle was the Director of Education and Youth Activities for the NJ/Hagalil Region for 21 years. She has worked closely with many of our synagogues on programming and membership.  Michelle is a product of the Conservative/Masorti Movement and USY, having grown up in Teaneck, NJ. She holds a bachelor’s in Hebraic studies from Douglass College, Rutgers University, and a master’s in Hebrew culture and education from NYU. Michelle recently left the East Coast and relocated to Henderson, Nevada, with her husband.
