Vicky Schara is the Senior Director of Human Resources for USCJ. She brings deep domain expertise honed in her 25 years working in HR in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including real estate, the arts, social services, training, and media businesses.

Vicky is passionate about elevating the employee experience because their journey with the organization impacts absolutely everything. Vicky has long been interested in human behavior, especially at work.

Vicky has a bachelor’s in scientific and technical communication from the University of Minnesota and a master’s in social work from New York University. She is SHRM-SCP certified and resides in New York City.
