Tamar Brooks
Intermarriage and Jewish Living Program Manager
Tamar Brooks is a Wisconsin original who holds a Bachelor of Arts from UW-Green Bay. She grew up at Habonim Dror Camp Tavor and has been involved in Jewish communal life ever since, most recently serving in the clergy administration department at Anshe Emet Synagogue for nearly a decade. She is delighted to be part of the USCJ team and for this opportunity to foster interfaith inclusion.
Beyond the above, Tamar is an actor, writer, baker, yoga practitioner, and aspiring entrepreneur. She lives in Chicago with her partner, John, and their glaring of cats (Begemot, Leviafan, Vladimir, and Mutant Death Ray).
