Rabbi Heather Miller
Rabbi Heather Miller is a professional educator and founder of The Multitudes, an organization that supports Jewish people of color and promotes race consciousness within Jewish communities as well as bridge building with non-Jewish communities of color. Between her workshops, public speaking and published work, Rabbi Heather’s work has reached over 8 million people. She serves the Jewish community in several capacities including: President of Flatbush and Shaare Torah Jewish Center, Co-Chair of the Racial Justice Subcommittee of the Social Justice Commission, Board Chair at Ammud Jews of Color Torah Academy, a member of the DEIA Advisory for Jewish Women’s Archive and as a member of the Brooklyn Advisory for UJAFedNY. Her most cherished role, however, is being the proud mother of three amazing boys who are descended from both formerly enslaved people and Holocaust survivors.
