Matthew Halpern is the Executive Director of Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus as Executive Director and previously served as the Executive Director for USCJ kehillot in Livingston, N.J. and Teaneck, N.J. Currently, Matthew is the Senior Vice President of Membership for NAASE, the North American Association of Synagogue Executives, and earned two certifications through NAASE: Fellow in Synagogue Administration in 2015 and the Amin Tzibur commission in 2018. A product of the Conservative movement, Matthew was active in USY and has served in various professional and volunteer capacities at the local, regional, and international level for more than 20 years.
