Linda Sussman
Director of Leadership Development & Implementation/ Synagogue Consultant, METNY
Linda Sussman is the Synagogue Consultant for the Metropolitan District (METNY) of USCJ. She is the liaison to the almost one hundred synagogues in the New York metropolitan area.
In her role, Linda cultivates relationships with synagogue leadership and provides USCJ resources to meet the needs of her congregations. Linda is also responsible for creating and planning special projects for USCJ’s congregational leadership.
As a past synagogue president, Linda knows leadership is not always easy. She feels privileged to play a part in strengthening the Conservative synagogues of United Synagogue—managerially, organizationally, and Jewishly.
