Jaime Hutnick

Development Operations Manager

Jaime Hutnick serves as the development operations manager. She started her career as a Jewish campus service corp fellow for Hillel and has always wanted to return to professionally serving the Jewish community.

Originally from Rockville, MD, she is a proud graduate of University of Maryland and earned her masters in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University. She grew up as an active member of NFTY and spent 15 summers at Emma Kaufmann Camp in Morgantown, WV.

Most recently, she served as the director of development at Cape Henry Collegiate, a private PreK-12 school in Virginia Beach, VA. Before that, she was a gift officer at Johns Hopkins University and the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.

Her husband Aaron serves in the US Navy and they are currently stationed at NSF Thurmont in Maryland. They have two sons, Asher (4 years old) and Caleb (2.5 years old) and an adopted lab/boxer/beagle mix dog, Maisie, named after The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Her children have decided her hobbies include building Duplos, identifying trucks while driving, and keeping a thoughtfully curated pantry of snacks. When they let her, she enjoys watching reality TV, listening to podcasts about pop culture, and making a meal out of samples at Costco. When given the opportunity, she will almost always order a rueben sandwich at a restaurant.
