Haran Rashes is chair of the USCJ Dues Committee, responsible for dues collection from kehillot. He is also past chair of USCJ’s Central District.

He is Senior Counsel for Regulatory Affairs for ExteNet Systems, Inc., which designs, owns and operates multi-carrier and multi-technology Distributed Networks for Wireless Service Providers. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Michigan and New York.

Haran is actively involved in West Suburban Temple Har Zion, in Forest Park, IL. He previously lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he served as as president of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Ann Arbor and as president of Beth Israel Congregation, and as Beth Israel Congregation’s Men’s Club president. He has also served on the board of the Jewish Community Centers Association of North America.

Haran is the proud father of Max (and daughter-in-law Shaina), Ilana (and son-in-law Jeremy Levy), and Annie. He lives in Downers Grove, Illinois with his wife Nikki and their cats, Moe and Larrie.

Haran’s term concludes in 2022.
