Eric Pasternack has served on the Central District Council for the past 6 years: at-large, finance chair, and as chair-elect. He is an active Board member and two-time past co-President of Beth Jacob Congregation in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. He is also an active member of Shaare Shalom Congregation in St Paul and an associate member of Congregation Beth Torah in Richardson, Texas, where his roots are deep and his children grew up. He enjoys ritual activities such as davening, leyning and being a gabbai. Eric’s hobbies include singing, playing piano, acting in Gilbert and Sullivan operettas, and bicycling. In “real” life he is a consulting petrophysicist (google it), happily married to JoAnn, loving parent to a blended family of 4 now-adult children, and proud grandfather of 8.
