Dana Sharon Winer

Dana Sharon Winer serves as USCJ’s Environmental Sustainability Chair and representative to the Conservative/Masorti Movement Social Justice Commission. She previously served as USCJ Vice-President and Secretary. Dana was co-chair of the 2023 movement-wide convening and program chair of the 2017 USCJ biennial convention.
Dana has spent her career at Accenture, a management and technology consulting company, focusing on quality and process improvement and currently coordinating its capital committee.
Dana is a lifelong member of Congregation Agudas Achim in Austin, TX, having served as congregational and Sisterhood president. She remains active as a minyan leader, torah reader, and gabbai and serves on the HR and Climate committees. Dana also serves on the boards of Texas Hillel, the local Sigma Delta Tau Educational Foundation, and the Northwest Austin Civic Association, serving as its Civic Engagement Chair and chair of the annual Earth Day Festival.
Dana enjoys spending time with her daughter Kayla and their dog Snow, and the favorite pastime of Austin, watching Longhorn football.
