Claire Abramovitz

Executive Assistant to the CEO/ Board Liaison

Claire Abromovitz serves as the executive assistant to the CEO and as board liaison. Claire helps manage and coordinate Jacob’s schedule (aka work life) and provides general assistance to the C-suite as needed. As the board liaison, she organizes board meetings, shabbatonim, and acts as an intermediary between staff and the board. She wears two hats! You can also find her at the Rabbinical Assembly!

She has a degree in English/theatre/Jewish studies from Oberlin College. Claire always wanted to be in a space that would allow her to practice her writing and deepen her Jewish identity; after college, she worked in Chicago at the Museum of Science and Industry giving tours on a captured German WWII submarine they have on display. Claire then immediately went to study/be a fellow at the Pardes Institute and knew she wanted a job in the Jewish sphere.

Outside of work, Claire is a professional playwright. She spends her free time writing, singing along to original Broadway cast recordings, developing soup recipes, and making pasta from scratch.
