Balchan Gajadhar
Chief Financial Officer
Balchan Gajadhar serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ), overseeing the business functions in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Operations, IT and Dues Collections. Prior to joining USCJ, Balchan had an extensive background in accounting and finance as he held a variety of roles in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Balchan holds an MBA in Finance, a Masters in Accounting and Finance, and a Masters in Public Administration. Balchan lives in Upstate New York with his family, and in his free time, he enjoys volunteering with a number of organizations, including his local fire department and being a member of the PTA at his son’s school.
