Sulam For Presidents

Share

This March 16, 17, and 19, USCJ will be hosting our virtual Sulam for Presidents. It is USCJ’s leadership training program for newly elected presidents and those likely to become president in the next two years. With four hours of instruction each day you will gain skills essential for leading your congregation.

This three-day online training will include sessions on creating a shared vision, creating a more effective board, sound financial management, lay-staff partnership, and member engagement, as well as sessions on managing conflict and building a more diverse and inclusive community. It is also a great opportunity to network with other synagogue presidents.

Just look at what a previous participant had to say about their experience.

“This was wonderful. It reinforced the common ground of successful leadership and boards that I want to work on.”
