B*Mitzvah Israel Summer Travel Certificates

Since 1956 United Synagogue has been sending Jewish teens to Israel for summers full of connecting with the land, the people, and the history of the home of the Jewish people on USY Israel Pilgrimage, then renamed EPIC Israel, now Yuval Yisrael (in partnership with Ramah).

Thanks to a generous commitment from RootOne LLC (seeded by The Marcus Foundation and powered by The Jewish Education Project), we are excited to announce a partnership to provide a $3,000 voucher for Israel travel for synagogues to present to your B*Mitzvah teens on the bimah in front of the entire congregation, ensuring that the teen will be able to take the next steps in their Jewish journey by traveling to Israel during their high school years.

By providing us with the information of your B*Mitzvah teens, we will be able to create personalized certificates for you to present on the day of the teen’s B*Mitzvah. Your teens will also be put into the USY pipeline so that they can participate in year round programming through Gesher (6th-8th grade) and USY (9th-12th grade). They will be able to use this voucher for Israel summer travel (on a YUVAL YISRAEL trip or a RootOne approved program) in 10th or 11th grade.
