Amid the tense climate of North American participation in synagogues and Jewish institutions, Director of Innovation Rabbi Joshua Rabin proposes the need for a playbook to survive disruption and to cultivate our Jewish communities.

“I propose that we pause and consider the possibility that the problems facing the synagogue are not linked to anything about the synagogue’s content per se, but about the synagogue as a product in a particular marketplace.”
