USCJ is thrilled to announce the congregations chosen to participate in its 7th cohort of Sulam for Strategic Planners (SSP):
- Beth Am Synagogue, Baltimore, MD
- Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston, NJ
- Congregation Beth El, Voorhees, NJ
- Adath Jeshurun, Minnetonka, MN
- Temple Beth Israel, Port Washington, NY
- Congregation Ner Tamid, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
SSP is a leadership training program that guides highly motivated leaders through the key steps of strategic planning over the course of 12-15 months. USCJ’s transformation team works with cohort members to get the participation they need from congregation lay leaders, staff and congregants in order to best implement the recommendations they create.
USCJ is excited to welcome these congregations to the SSP Community, and look forward to working with them over the coming year.
