David Goodwin
David Goodwin lives in Oakland, California and is a member of Temple Beth Abraham, where he served for four years as the President of the congregation. He joined the USCJ board in 2025 and is the chair of the Northern Pacific Region. David is an attorney at Covington & Burling LLP, where he represents corporate policyholders in disputes with their insurers. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, a graduate degree from Oxford University, and a J.D. from Stanford.
