The NJ Region is proud to be one of the few regions with a fully staffed Education department. We service both the congregational afternoon schools as well as the 7 Solomon Schechter Day Schools in the Region. Michelle Rich, Director of the department along with Nita Polay Levin, the Education field worker, work on many programs which are offered to our congregations. Our services include: Teacher training Fall courses, Cultural Arts Programs for Hey students, Enrichment classes for students aged 12 - 20, a Family Education program bank, as well as ongoing support to the NJ Solomon Schecter Day Schools. We also maintain a Teachers' Resource Center for use by our affiliated congregations' staff.
