The Glick Chapel, with a capacity of about 50, is perfect for weekday services, study sessions and smaller special events. Seating capacity can be increased to about 75 by opening a partition between the chapel and the adjacent Ringel Classroom. The Ark doors in the chapel are the gates of the Holy Ark of our former sanctuary. The bronze menorahs that stand out in bold relief on these doors provide the basis for the design of the logos and wallpaper used on this website. The filigree ner tamid hung for half a century in the auditorium of the previous facility, and was used originally in our Greenwood Avenue building. |
