Temple Sholom (located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA) is a small egalitarian congregation, affiliated with the
United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, serving about 50 households in the
Eau Claire/Chippewa Valley area, whose views represent much of the spectrum of American Judaism. Despite our variety,
we are a tight-knit community. We have found the adage that there is strength to be gained through acceptance and diversity to be
particularly true in our case.
We generally have Kabalat Shabat services led by Rabbi Perlman at least once or twice a month
We also have services for all the High Holy Days, as well as communal Pesach and Tu b'Shvat seders, festive Chanukah and Purim parties (complete with megillah reading).
Toward the end of summer, we also have a community picnic.
