Taglit-Birthright Israel with United Synagogue

Israel as seen through Conservative Judaism's pluralistic lens

Connect-1 is a go! We are pleased to announce that we're partnering with Israel Experience to create the first Conservative movement Taglit-Birthright Israel trip for 22- to 26-year-olds. The trip is set for July 1 to 11, 2012.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to experience Israel through Conservative Judaism's pluralistic viewpoint. We encourage them to ask the questions that will allow them to explore their Jewish identity, their connections to Israel, and their relationships with their Jewish peers, and we will help them as they come up with their own answers.

Plans to offer another trip next year are underway.
