Shul Forms Archive
Just as there is no need to reinvent the wheel, congregational professionals and lay leaders do not have to spend their time constructing forms, contracts, manuals, presidents’ speeches, and other tools of synagogue administration and leadership.
Thanks to Jeff Rasansky of Dallas, Texas, who created this service, United Synagogue offers a list of forms, some created by us and some by synagogue leaders in their own congregations. All have proven to work.
Please note, however, that you must clear all contracts and other legal forms with your own attorneys.
If you have any questions about the forms, or if you would like to have any of the forms your synagogue has developed added to this archive, please send them to Rabbi Paul Drazen at drazen@uscj.org.
